Bootcamp conditioning class

Jake leads the weekly conditioning class. A great way to kick start your week with 45 minutes of cardio work. 

Using not-your-average equipment, you can expect a full body workout! (Perfect if the thought of lifting weights is scary!) 

 

You don't need to bring anything other than water and some determination!

This class costs £7 a class, £50 for 10 classes, or is included in our monthly membership.
