About Us


Our mission is simple, 


We’ve seen what being fitter, faster, stronger can do to a person. So we decided to try and make that as enjoyable and as accessible to as many people as possible through amazing programming, professional coaching and affordable fees.

What is CrossFit?


Classes designed to help you lose fat, gain strength and enjoy doing it. 

Our classes are different everyday, working on every muscle group & cardio in a wide variety of different ways, suitable for every level. 

Our coaches will coach you, all you need to do is show up.

That's what we all do as a community -

challenge you,

strengthen you,

make you discover things you only thought you could do as a child

and you'll leave with a smile (and some new friends).

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be fit?

To start CrossFit all you need to be is ready. We can work with any level of fitness or body shape. The beauty of CrossFit is that it is scalable to any person. You could be in a class with a top athlete and a grandmother and work out just as hard.


What if it's too tough?

Just take a coach to the side if there's something you're worried about.

Once you've got the right scale for you - you're all set. Yes. It will be tough, but that's what makes you tougher.


Can anyone do it?

Anyone can do it, provided we are confident with your health screening upon signing up.


What do you wear to take part?

Something you can move freely in, that you won't boil over in. You will move. And you will sweat.

Crossfit kids & teens

CrossFit is an incredible way for kids to burn energy, learn skills that will enhance their lives and futures, make friends & get physically and mentally stronger. Flexibility, co-ordination, stamina and balance are simply awesome side effects of our training (fun & games!).

Each session is 45 mins long and always follows the same structure of an all body warm up, coach led skills (or strength for teens) session and a hot and sweaty workout. Kids classes then have an awesome game and all groups finish with a cool down stretch.

Age appropriate coaching, use of equipment and length of activities are used by our incredible coaches so that your children and teenagers will walk out with extra knowledge, confidence and resilience!

Terms are payable in full in advance in order to save money, otherwise it is £5 per session pay as you go. You will save £6 by paying in advance! Please click “Book Now” and select your Childs age group to get them on the list and view all dates of this term (6 weeks).
